If you are an Adult Adoptee or Birth/First Parent who would like a Connection Kit or Box, please fill out the form bellow for a Sponsorship. Sponsorships come at no cost to you. They are first come first serve. At this time we are limiting one Connection Kit or Box per person. Currently POST is only shipping within the United States. You will be contacted via e-mail when we have a sponsorship available for you.
